COMPLIMENTARY 1 DAY YOUTH CUTTING CLINICS:
JUNE 30TH & JULY 1ST, 2009

In an effort to support the NCHA's Youth Members, we invite you to join us as we host two 1 day complimentary Youth clinics at our ranch in Springtown, TX. They will be held on June 30th and July 1st 2009. We will be providing lunch, and an evening BBQ each day, auditors will also be welcome at no charge. We'll start the day with a 1 hr motivational/educational period with Leon sharing his advice and wisdom on the future of the industry and the crucial role that youth members will play in it. He will cover some basic philosophies on the maintenance and training of their cutting horses. Mr. Jim Emerson, an NCHA AAAA Judge will educate riders on what the judges are looking for during their performances, and our fabulous vet/chiropractor, Dr. Jim Simpson from ESMS, will address the importance of proper physical maintenance specific to the cutting horse. Riders will then mount up and spend the remainder of the day working cattle. This will be an excellent opportunity for those participating in the Summer Spectacular to get an invaluable last minute tune up for both themselves and their horses.

The day will start promptly at 9am and it will be conducted on a first come first serve basis. The two days will be limited to a total of 24 riders (12 per day).

Riders will need to provide their own horse for this event.
